In spring and summer of 2022, the Multi-tiered System of Supports Leadership Team (MLT) and District Leadership Team (DLT) engaged in a series of data discussions around areas for growth. The MLT engaged in a root cause analysis, which led to the strategic plan goals. Each school team developed action steps, metrics, and implementation benchmarks to implement throughout the 2022-2023 school year. The DLT provided feedback on the strategic plan, and the MLT revised the strategic plan based on the feedback. The strategic plan was presented to the Board of Education in July 2022. The strategic plan was presented to staff during August professional development days and to the District Accountability Committee at their first meeting of the year. The implementation metrics are overseen by the District Leadership Team (DLT) and the Multi-tiered System of Supports Leadership Team (MLT).
